Where does YOTTADOTS stand for?

Yotta is the largest decimal unit prefix in the metric system, denoting a factor of 10²⁴ (1000000000000000000000000), or one septillion. It has the symbol Y. (Source: Wikipedia )

The Dots symbolize the people working with the YottaDots application, the (umlimited) boards you create, the (hopefully unlimited) amount of people who can join.

Philosophy

YOTTADOTS has been developed in a personal need to have simple, usefull (and free) tools to support the Agile Way of Working. So it’s seen as an Add-on for the Lean/Agile toolbox. The purpose is that everyone can use everything for free, but when it becomes serious you have to pay a small amount.
